Mr Caplan explain your holdings please !!!

I have no indication as to whether Mr Caplan has ever purchased PTSC stock on the open market and if so whether those purchases represent a significant portion of his hodings.

Absent a substanial portion of open market purchases I can not consider him "someone like us" who has felt the pain, battled with the patience and suffered the dissapointment as we have.

Would Mr Caplan be on the board of any OTHER public company, it would be a signal that the companies that in the past he has councelled on business issues were impressed enough with his acumen to invite him in to their inner sanctum.

It will be a hard enough fight to get Mr Caplan on the proxy and even a harder fight to get the votes on his side.

If we are to be expeted to suit up for this battle we need to know exactly whose cause we are championing and be assured that once won we are happy that we fought.

So again I simply ask Mr Caplan - how many shares do you own and how many were purchased on the open market. We do not need yet another Board member without skin in the game.
