While I appreciate your efforts I still couldn't find any information provided by you how you want to change the current issues in practice:
Being one of six BoD-members you wouldn't be the leader and couldn't enforce your plans if the others do not want to follow - so how can you overrule them?
Though I'm critical due to the pratical possibilities (= non-possibilities...) I'm convinced that at least better communications could help improving the perception of investors/shareholders.
