Perhaps the board should send to themselves their own resume, including their most recent board experience and proven track records (LOL), for an introspective judgement on whether they should be deemed "unqualified" and thus, "in the best interests of shareholders", would be subject to having their application refused.

Integrity ............................ hard to come by these days.
