"well enough to know that when I have a position to defend I will defend that position diligently and never just "roll over". "
Unfortunately, the corollary to that is that you have also demonstrated a tendency to defend your positions to the etreme point of refusing to admit when you're mistaken, when you are. Unfortunately, those are traits that our existing BOD also seem to have well covered in that they continue to view themselves as capable of righting the PTSC ship.
That being said, with your stated priority condition of all decisions being made, that they be the best for shareholders, (though with the caveat that you'd have to agree to amend that to the MAJORITY or ALL shareholders as I think it can be argued that the current crop has also looked out for shareholders of a select variety), I'd vote for you if it meant unseating one of the current 3 longstanding BOD members, as I believe this company needs change of the existing Cabal of 3 that desparately.
Additionally, I'd suggest you and Mr. Caplan both adopt a strategic position that if you were to be elected, that with as much haste as practical and proper, that you both seek out replacements for yourselves and the others on the current BOD. Those replacements should be people with strong qualifcaitons and network connections in the fields that PTSC is involved, a decent history of effective stewardship/leadrship in those areas, and a respect for the people for whom they would be working.
