When milestone first came to the board, he was a much respected shareholder who was an intelligent, articulate person with some legal knowledge. He was always a very private person.

For some years, he was treated as the gentleman he was and is, but recently, because he has defended the BoD, he is being turned into some sort of villain and is accused of being a BoD member, which seems to be the nastiest thing anyone can be called.

All logic does not point at his being a BoD member, but rather all logic tells me that he is the same shareholder with legal knowledge that is intelligent and articulate who came to the board originally.

Differences of opinion should not diminish any individual regardless of whether they are for or against any given circumstance.
