Who's at fault for the current TPL/PTSC lawsuit. Is it TPL for not paying back the money? Or is it PTSC for prividing unsecured funding to TPL?
With the recertifications "coming in" as Ms. Felcyn accidentally disclosed in January, apparently it was too difficult to imagine that TPL would take advantage of such an obviously non-fiduciarily responsible decision by PTSC.
The result is, at a time when TPL & PTSC should be fortified, and appear unified and strong, though the successful defense of the main patent in the MMP portfolio, instead, they're embroiled in a dispute with each other.
I can't imagine any infringer looks at the MMP owners with enhanced respect, fear or urgency as a result of that dispute. But apparently, no one on our BOD had the foresight to consider that possibility. Oh well. At least they have supporters on the Agoracom board that would argue to protect their ability to continue to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.
