Commercialization agreement

Knowledge of licensing negotiations and settlements

Control of public news flow through PTSC

Ability to trade in the shares of PTSC

Ineptness of PTSC BoD

Non-payment of loans from PTSC

Sealed courts documents

Lack of transparency
