Are you further aware that even though Pete was "Timely" enough to be allowed to be included on the company Proxy (which you are not), that PTSC is still opposing his inclusion by appealing it directly to the SEC ?

What does this mean?:

The BOD's refusal to appoint Stan now creates a very different dynamic than existed previous to his denied "request". Supporting his appointment is one thing, even if the letter was not the basis of that support, but that same would-be Director's election via proxy now involves other assessments
