As any 5th grader knows a closed election is not an election......

If our BoD had the confidence in their abilitys there would be no FEAR of a takeover.....

By having a closed / make believe election / this tells me to throw the bums out.....

If we had two new people voted to the BoD they would still be in the Majority....By banning these good folks from the election process it is showing a lack of confidence in their own ability's....
