By the way, I may not have much experience in running a business and have never been a member of a board of director in a publically traded company. However, I do have a whole lot of common sense backed by honesty and integrity. My 23 years with the Texas Department of Public Safety attest to this fact.

That is type of qualification we need in a BOD. Some of BOD don't have (or shown) the qualification needed to run a public company. Forget the shareprice....where is all the money they have received over past few years? Why are they playing musical chairs with their CEO's?

Why are so many here content with some of the BOD? Just does not make any sense!
