Yeah...it doesn't make sense. We've got the '336 re-certified/re-validated twice in the US and once in Europe. The '584 once in the US and once in Europe. What's up in Europe? It's been since Jan 2009 that the German Patent Court affirmed the validity. Isn't that supposed to mean that nobody can sell most microprocessor-based gadgets in Europe without a licence?...this along with the facts that we've got a settlement with Sirius and nobody buying licences and all we hear about here is how lousey the PTSC BOD is even though they have very little, if any control over any of it.
What's going on with all this useless talk here of getting a shareholder rep on the board anyway? You may as well try to get Mickey Mouse nominated, he'd end up with the same useless privileges as anyone else if he did get in.
It's all static and a distraction from some good DD effort towards focusing on what effect the re-cert decisions has had and will have on the infringers so that new investors will at least get some useful info on what we own.
Why the distraction? To keep the price down for as long as possible. The infringers want to accumulate as long as possible before they have to inevitably pay up. That makes sense to me....at least more sense than trying to change the BOD.
No corrections necessary or welcomed....just all IMHO and why I'm still here.
