It could just as well be to keep the price up. I can't say if we are seeing accumulation or an exit strategy. But I know how difficult it is to keep insider information secret. It gets out and is spread qiuckly. Some of the "secret" information may be false, planted by those who want to buy or those that want to sell. The volume of trading might give us a clue, but we will unlikely ever know what is going on - unless you know someone on the inside.
