If DL, TPL, stops going after infringers simply because of the litigation with PTSC, would that not be breach of the requirements of the MA. I guess what I am saying is TPL needs money, PTSC needs money. Keep going after infringers until all is settled. Must be something I am not understanding. I also wonder what will happen to SP on Monday. I personally want to hold ( approx 60k shares) but may consider selling for a small profit and quit worring about what's next. GLTAL
