What we all seem to forget is the reason they got there was because one of the infringers in a motion filed claims of misconduct by TPL in approaching a CEO while in litigation. Once it became public knowledge of TPL's shananigans in negoiations PTSC didn't have any choice but to act. Does anyone really believe that PTSC had no idea of what TPL has been doing all along?
