Court decision August 13, PR August 13.

This, along with the "Update", has addressed most if not all concerns, were they real or merely negative allegations.

It would appear than not only have the BoD been listening to shareholder concerns but, with certain shackles removed, they are now able to better communicate pertinent facts.

Refreshingly proactive, long may it continue.
