TPL's expenses related to their own licensing do not seem to be included in the above statement. Wouldn't we need to know what Alliacense was charging TPL for their licenses in order to make sense out of what Alliacense billed PDS for MMP work? At least for those cases where client purchased both MMP and some other license.

If we did have access to TPL's accounting system, then I'm sure someone will correct me. We do know that Moore had difficulty trying to get TPL's accounting info even after suing TPL. I suspect that info is not easily obtained and was not part of what PTSC reviewed.
