But part of the problem is, Carlton Johnson IS complaining now! And about getting amendments to an agreement that he helped craft at worst, and that he approved and signed off on at best. Whether warrant holders complained or not is of no consequence to me, as I and many others have brought these OBVIOUS issues to PTSC's attention years ago and for years since, and PTSC dismissed the concerns, perhaps, even misrepresented their oversight of them.
