I don't see your logic. If it were not for this unbalanced agreement then there is a strong likelyhood that the actions in question by TPL/Alliacense would not have occured. It all starts at the begining if you do not have a strong foundation the likelyhood of the house surviving is in doubt. The house of PTSC/Moore/TPL is crashing to the ground. If it does survive it will be filled with suspicion and doubt. The C/A was an indicator of things to come. Some of the BOD were either too stupid to see that, or really didn't care. In either case there are many questions to be asked about exactly where their loyalities lay. If it is with us, they should be fired for incompetence. If it is with someone else they should be in jail for fraud. I have a feeling this trial will bring a lot to light, that is why there will be a settlement beforehand. JMO
