Relatively low volume and only a 3 cent decline, on all that bad news.

At 12 cents a share there is still 48 million dollars worth of stock out there.

Either holders have written off this investment or the big guys know something we don't !

The trading today might be a favorable sign, even with a 3 cent loss.
