Folks, if the people in charge of the house at PTSC were doing their job, we would not have to go to court in the first place.

If those in control/power at PTSC were doing their job, any illegal activities that occurred then remedy them at that time.

To hear forum member say, what if this was the strategy of PTSC (Brilliant!)............What?

I personal have to agree with others on, let it go to court and find out everything. I don't want to know in several years later of another suit because of improper actions/behaviour due to in court settlement.

Right now you have a public company that has a very strong patent and many, many companies are infringing..............what do we have to show for it?

How many more years do you all want to wait? How many more years are the patent good for?
