Under the proxy rules, a company is not required to include a shareholder’s proposal that nominates himself to that company’s board of directors.

I don't get the point of their not excepting the proposal unless the shares are in his name.

So is Ms Analisa Lozano the " himself "?

I also see that they are not required to include the proposal. I take that to mean they could include if they wanted to include.
