I would suggest that your daughter provide the rebuttal to the SEC. It seems that they think that you nominated yourself--if they can be convinced that it was actually another person who nominated you, you MAY stand a chance. I think that there are plenty of shareholders on this board who could send a letter to the SEC in support of your daughter's efforts to get you nominated. I have not looked at the 3% rule, but I got the impression that milestone was actually trying to help you out and give you some alternative directions to take--he said that there is more ways to get on the proxy in the 3% rule than owning 3% of the co.--it might be worth checking out. Please tell your daughter that, IMHO, she made a good choice in nominating you and that there are many here who are willing to help if needed. GL, ads
