Thank you for the clarification as my concern was that an unscrupulous poster was misusing your name.

My particulars are immaterial as I have absolutely no intention of seeking a position on the BoD, nor providing financing to the Company.

That it is possible to have more than one account, based at different locations, causes the cynic in me to wonder if any with less honesty and integrity than you might abuse the system.
