Well, the facts have not changed very much:
1. Chuck has still not received a penny of royalties nor of anything else of value from TPL since the beginning of December, 2009, nearly 9 months ago.
2. In mid-July, TPL chose to post its share of the arbitration fee on what appeared to be the last possible day, six months after the deadline in January for the arbitration that was scheduled for February, before the entire process was killed for good. It was not very surprising to see this sort of conduct from TPL.
3. Since the court ruled in PTSC's favor last week, the character of complaints in its suit have been made public but not the details, thus indicating that PTSC was and still is compelled to withhold certain information from its stockholders. These are serious charges and perhaps their gravity is not adequately appreciated as yet in the discussions on this forum.
Thus begins a much needed process of illumination.
