The issue is not whether we are getting our 50%, we are. The issue is, what is the total value of the MMP license from which our 50% emanates. It appears that MMP total license values may be lower than they should be, and thus our 50% is lower than it should be.

There are a couple of ways this could occur, especially considering the licensing announcements made in tandem covering more than just the MMP portfolio, and given the potential weaknesses in the practical application of the commercialization agreement vis-a-vis full disclosure, complete transparency, and acceptable documentation.
