So, in reading through it, IMO it would be difficult to prove TPL wasn't making a best effort to commercialize the MMP, therefore could stall efforts to tighten the screws on us. I don't know how you would get around this, it just is what it is.

Anyways, thanks Mark for the link. I need to get up to Seattle (love it up there) and buy you that beer...or 2, 3...
