My lowly 2 cents worth says there is a major power struggle going on here between TPL and PTSC. This is not strictly about the unpaid loans. That may or may not have been by design, but there is more here than meets the eye. Judging by the Lechrones past history I get very nervous by this event. We don't really know how much cash Lecky has in reserve. He may play the supreme waiting game. Wait long enough without settlements and starve us out through debt of court costs and lavish BOD payrolls. I don't know which side precipitated this power struggle, but I hope we ate our wheaties.
