I don't know if you'll get a reply from Flowers, but I thank you for reposting the pacer. In reading it again I find the wording quite positive.

<have agreed to terms and conditions representing a negotiated settlement of pending counterclaims >

Further down it mentions that the claims and counterclaims are dismissed. But the settlement only refers to the counterclaims not the Plaintiff's original claims. Might be nothing, but it does seem odd that they would word it this way. It does put more emphasis on the counterclaims side. Hopefully it is worded this way because that is what is reflected in the settlement.
