but again.. i dont think the master agreement was that bad... again the end result was over 150 million for PTSC.... so far...

Because the MMP had generated soo much money.... i think both parties felt each other was getting a better end of the deal... probably got to the boiling point and thats the position we are in now...

I think PTSC in the end will gain alittle more in leverage and say in future MMP licenses...
