Further to your question, I have been giving much thought to your "campaign" and subsequent sudden withdrawal.

Did you ever submit a timely formal proposal for inclusion on the proxy, as Mr Lozano did?

I should thank the BoD for not accepting my proposal.

(No, the letter DOES NOT constitute a properly submitted proposal).

I ask this question on behalf of all of those who gave personal details, and if you are unwilling to give a me a straightforward "Yes" or "No", humbly ask that any shareholder who divulged such information repeat the question.

Like Mr Caplan, I would urge ALL shareholders to think, but additionally ask questions.
