Doesn't the MMP patent portfolio expire in 2015? If so, I understand that we have a certain period to "look back" on infringers. Does anyone recall what that period of time is?
Shareholders have been told that over 400(approx) infringers having been put on notice and only 75(approx) license agreements have been signed since the master agreement was signed in 2005. The rest of the infringers must know about PTSC's current financial picture. That being said, and assuming that licensing activities are still on going, how many of those infringers would it take to burn through our money in court (just stalling) before PTSC files BK or turns to Swartz again to bail us out but at what cost? As always, corrections welcome.
