Win or lose... How long does it take?? How many MMP licenses are sold in that time??

Either way, PTSC still has ownership rights of the patents

Yep... and so does Moore/TPL... and if we split from TPL.. let the license underbidding begin.. effectively making the patents much less valuable. Then there's the MA provision that in the event of a split, PTSC can not contact (for 1 yr) any infringers that TPL has been in negotiations with (485?)... Wonder how many of those TPL could rack up in that yr?? Hopefully that clause gets tossed in litigation.. but its in there right now.
