Even when PTSC was losing money quarter-over-quarter and were desperate for cash to remain in existence, were any preferreds issued?

Other than the creation of "fear, uncertainty, and doubt", just what is the point in going over them on a regular basis?

Are you aware of any proposals to issue them?
