Are you suggesting that the BoD ignore the rules, regulations and guidelines that have been imposed on them? I thought that adhering to the regulations was mandatory.

Is it needling when an answer is given to the many, many questions that are continually presented (specifically) to him I consider it needling when he's criticized for responding to those questions.
