Did you understand 193,548 to be the total number of shares issued to the warrant holder? If so wouldn't it have read, "...thereof to 193,548".

In using "by", I read this as an additional 193,548 shares to the prior entitlement:

Amendment of Warrant. Effective as of the receipt of consideration pursuant to Section 2 of this Agreement, the Rights Holder's Warrants shall be amended to increase the number of shares issuable upon exercise thereof by 193,548
