So far the infringers, Leckrone, and our BOD, in that order. The infringers, because they get to sit back even longer now and pop some popcorn, and watch the Hatfields and McCoys. Leckrone, because he has sole possession of the legal right to license the MMP barring any rulings to the contrary, and he also has possession of the reverse engineering data. Our BOD, because they have access to the dwindling $27M in PTSC assets and continue to reward themselves and other insiders through lavish salaries and perks that are NOT commensurate with their efforts.

Who isn't in a position of strength are those who post here and elsewhere, even if they attempt to effect change.

There may be a lot of POTENTIAL represented in the PTSC v TPL actions, but as with most potential associated with PTSC, they have found ways of snatching defeat from the jaws of victory, and squandering opportunity after opportunity. They have earned nothing but the right to be doubted and suspected.
