It was the next problem that needed to be solved. When the 336 recent review was canceled, I suggest that we had to do something about the broken collection machine.
We got the best possible news that we could have gotten on the 336 from the USPTO.
Do we still have a patent on water? Companies will not simply send us money for a license, we need to attack them. TPL has used us and abused us for too long. We needed to sue them. We can try to repair our collection machine, or we need to replace it.
Does TPL have enough sense to see the value of working together, or will their greed or ego cause us to suffer?
Where is Chuck Moore on all this? It seems TPL has not paid him what he expected. Does that mean he can remove the rights he granted to TPL? TPL claims ownership of the patents. I hope that is a misrepresentation of truth.
At this point, I think I would prefer to hear that TPL is no longer involved. If they stay involved then we need to be able to verify that no comingling of licenses is done and that all expenses are proper. For some reason, I just do not trust TPL. LOL
How stupid this all is! There is so much money waiting to be collected and shared.
