Perhaps said in jest, but that has to be the most misguided set of principles I've ever seen. I can see the ad. Wanted. Person to sit on BoD for Patriot Scientific. No qualifications needed. Intelligence not required. Just do the opposite of what we've been doing.

I would much prefer an intelligent person that would base all decisions on what is best for the company and its shareholders given the company's present situation - As opposed to just doing the opposite of what was done at some earlier time under different conditons? But that is just my opinion.
