Don't you really want to know why the BoD loaned DL/TPL $1 million unsecured?

Remember, only pick one unless you're going to rank them:

A. DL/TPL told the BoD that he would pay them back.

B. It was a deliberate trick. The BoD knew DL/TPL would not repay and they could use that to gain control of the MMP.

C. Under the circumstances, this is the best the BoD could do.

D. This is a natural consequence of the BoD's qualification and experience.
