Say it ain't so! I think you just knocked the wind out of everybody.

Does the PTO have a responsibility to investigate the merits of any and all reexam requests? I f so, how do companies like Rambus get past it? Even if they are thrown out....the problem becomes on and on delays. We need a court victory immediately!
