Start on page 39 of the most recent 10K, Executive Compensation, and read to Item 14 on page 47.

Study the Summary Compensation Table, including option awards.

See how costly the management turnover has been.

Look at the perks.

Note the high percentage of options that make up director and officer ownership. WOW- look at how many have never bought a share!

Oh, did you read the corporate compensation philosophy?

Does this seem to correlate with performance and shareholder value?

Do these 8 pages raise some tough questions for your BoD to answer? Well, who's going to step up and ask?????
