As I stated sometime ago, I think Leckrone is crook. Our BOD got into bed with the devil. Not a very smart move yet par for the course with them.

From what I have gathered it sounds like we may have some leverage in evening the playing field which I'm all for. The question is how long will this matter take and are we collecting infringement fees while this matter is being addressed?

I'm no attorney, brain surgeon or rocket scientist but common sense tells me they should have had a 3rd party running the show vs. letting the fox run wild in the hen house while we wait starving outside.
