Have you read the 10K? Have you witnessed the results of prior BOD decisions?

If yes, don't "you think it's a good idea to change the BoD NOW while they are involved in one of the most important issues in the company's history"?

This board is a good source for information and speculation. I don't know what influence it has on shareholders.

However, I would like to hear some of the points you agree with me. Don't worry-it's constructive criticism.
