Concerning the 336:

Unless they have found evidence of new prior art that has not yet been entertained I don't see how any reexam request could be granted. Every aspect has been thoroughly examined and as we all know any current PTO rulings cannot be appealed. It does not leave any avenue open for further discussion on already examined prior art claims. JMO
