Based on the survival of the 336 patent in several reex. organized by very well known compnaies, I think the chances are less. In consideration of 600 sources to challange the 336, less stuff might be available to counter again.

The most thing I am afraid is the time frame, if the reex. is granted, which we have to wait again.
