What little DD that I did after we learned of the new exam request turned up that Tony D Chen is with a very very small firm. I could not find who his clients might be, but I found old info on another chat board or blog (r/t another case) that Chen&Co. would not reveal their clients. I got the impression that they may be the type that follows what others have done in order to catch some of the business that might come their way from their efforts (kind of like the ambulance chasers we always hear about)--or just to get their names out there in the public. I also considered the fact that this could be just another co. hired by Pubat to delay and wipe out TPL and us. The USPTO will surely become wise to what is happening--there are just so many times that the examiner can read all of that material without throwing it out and saying no more of this BS---let the companies get on with making a living.
