You assume that Leckone has the financial wherewithall to do this. If not already in some bank as a war chest, he certainly faces a problematic task of funding such effort. And while I'm sure he would love to put pressure on PTSC, he has to be somewhat concerned about making those charges against TPL and Alliacense go away.
