Crystal Ball reading is not my normal approach to finance. But based on my previous estimates of fortune I've concluded that I've consistently been far too optimistic. Things take longer than I expect, always have. And they take much longer when those things involve litigation.

In mid August I said, based on the news, that we would wait 7 months before we saw a significant change in PTSC's fortunes. It may be for the better or ?. Whatever, it'll drag on for about that long. Nothing moves fast when we're tralking about litigation, and litigation envolving a lot of money puts the breaks on full force. There are many legal ploys, as we've seen over the years, that can provide delays for those on the defensive side of a great struggle over a lot of money.
