There is a simple reason that, with the exception of Lozano, none of outspoken critics will ever seek a seat on the BoD.
Very little, if anything, would change.
Even with a theoretical "dream team" of Caplan, ronran, biajj, wolfpackvolt, and lambertslunatics, the practicalities of working for nothing until the share price reaches $1.00, or greater, for options to become exercisable would be unrealistic.
Without a steady and predictable revenue, they know full well that the share price isn't going to do much.
It is so easy to sit on the sidelines berating every action and inaction of the BoD, alleging and undermining, attempting to get others to do their bidding.
They demand change, then let them offer a proxy solicitation with them as the alternative slate. With all the support and shares pledged it should be a walkover to be elected.
Do I see it ever happening? No.
Will there be a list of excuses as to why they can't? You bet.
After years of talk, how many more will have to be endured before all the allegations will be placed in a formal setting as a direct challenge to the current BoD?
As cited on Moore's site:
"All that is required for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing."
Isn't it now long overdue for these good men to act?
