Only the SEC know if they are investigating your complaint, and just because you got the pro forma reply from them only means they received the complaint. You know this, I know this, in fact, everyone knows this.

Here is a perfect example of changing what someone said:

Without a steady and predictable revenue, they know full well that the share price isn't going to do much.

My reply:

So, you feel comfortable with this current BoD, and you think the share price is going up? That's unbelievable.

Where did I say the price is going up?

Not unbelievable at all, just usual practice.
